Are these turnkey prices?

• Yes, all labor, equipment, materials, and taxes have been factored into the price.

What if I would like a stone pathway or fencing installed?

• While this is not part of the turnkey pricing noted in the pricing examples, this is something we can accomodate. We’d be happy to provide a free estimate for any extra scope items!

Is there anything that could cause pricing to increase?

• The most common factor that would add cost to a project is the grade of the land. For example, the raised bed pricing is based on a flat and well drained section of land. Excavating and leveling is something that would add extra cost to a project.

• Altering the land to achieve a flat and well drained workable area is something that varies, ranging from $100 to $400 in most cases for one raised garden bed.

Can you build something for me in the winter months?

• Absolutely! When possible, we prefer to construct gardens in the winter months so that when spring rolls around, your infrastructure is ready.

Is it possible to build out my garden over time?

• Yes! Sometimes it makes sense to build out a garden space under the scope of one project. However, we can certainly work with you to build out your garden space over time, it can be a lot of fun that way because you can ponder what you might want to do next.
