Ideas
It is so much fun thinking of ways to creatively use a space.
Over the years, we have had the pleasure to day dream and allow our thoughts to turn into reality.
Each photo on this website represents a garden designed and built by our team.
To help encourage creative flow, we’ve added captions to the pictures on this page.
If you’d like us to brainstorm with you would be happy to and in most cases, we can be on site within a few days.
The back corner of a yard can be a great place to sneak a vining cucumber plant!
This was referred to as the kid’s corner and from what I hear, many tree frogs were spotted snoozing on the Black Eyed Susans!
Turf was removed and replaced with compost which was aged on site. Locally sourced native wildlower seeds were broadcast and gently raked into the soil. Wood chips were used as an organic border. We were thoroughly impressed by the pollinators that showed up that summer!
This is the same pollinator garden as above, which was originally planted in late March. By early June it had begun thriving!
The space under a deck is an area just waiting to be discovered and transformed!
For this project, we sunk 4x4 posts into the ground, secured them with concrete. We built an elevated garden bed, the top of the bed paired with the elevation of the home’s back deck. The trellis provided a platform for vining vegetables like cucumbers to climb and thrive.
We truly mean it when we say, it would be our pleasure to help transform your yard into a thriving ecosystem.
